Rapid experimental adaptive population divergence in wild Tree sparrows
Do sparrows learn where they have access to extra food? Do they prefer to breed in the area where they have extra food? Does this result in population divergence? And does this affect their reproductive success?

Causes and consequences of matching habitat choice in Fruit flies (Drosophila)
We used the so-called technique of ‘optogenetics’ to manipulate the perception of the environment by individual flies, and thereby their preference for parts of their living space. Does differential perception of the environment indirectly cause reproductive isolation?
